## Description

For our client, active in the insurance sector, we're looking for a Lead SAFe 6.0 Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Direct the end-to-end implementation of SAFe® 6.0 and execute a transformation roadmap that mirrors business priorities.
Executive Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior management, fostering a Lean-Agile mindset at the leadership level.
Operational Alignment: Facilitate the integration between business demand functions and IT delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
Portfolio Management: Establish and support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices and guide value stream identification.
Execution & Launch: Lead the preparation and launch of ARTs while ensuring long-term integration of Agile practices.
Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor transformation progress, and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
