Experience supporting change initiatives within IT, digital transformation, or business transformation programs. Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. Structured, proactive, and hands-on mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field. Languages Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Dutch is considered an asset. ## Description Our client, an international industrial organization undergoing a major SAP transformation, is looking for a hands-on IT Change Officer to support the rollout and optimization of the change management stream within a large-scale transformation program. This role is focused on execution and coordination, ensuring that communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and change activities are successfully deployed across multiple business domains and locations., Change Execution & Coordination Support the rollout of the change management approach across different domains and sites. Coordinate and follow up on key change activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure consistent application of change management methodologies, templates, and processes. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Prepare and adapt communication materials such as presentations, articles, newsletters, and project updates. Coordinate communication planning and execution. Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain an active change network. Training Support Assist with the rollout of the training strategy across business domains. Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and scheduling. Ensure training materials are consistent, available, and aligned with program objectives. Monitor participant readiness and training completion. Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the training approach. Tracking & Reporting Maintain and update change management trackers, including progress, risks, actions, and stakeholder registers. Support monitoring and reporting of change adoption and readiness metrics. Administrative & PMO Support Coordinate meetings, action follow-ups, and planning activities. Maintain project documentation, SharePoint structures, and reporting tools.
