You combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, guiding a team of Backend and Site Reliability Engineers (Levels A-C) while ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and future-proof solutions. You are responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering team growth, and aligning development efforts with the long-term vision and architecture of the de Bijenkorf e-commerce platform. Working closely with fellow Team Leads, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers, you help shape the future of our technology landscape.
