## Description

Je werkt aan een uitdagend project dat de digitale informatiehuishouding naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je draagt bij aan de voorbereiding van een e-Depot, wat een belangrijke stap is voor duurzaam digitaal archiefbeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse specialisten en stakeholders. Deze opdracht biedt ruimte voor innovatie en procesoptimalisatie. Zo maak je impact op de toekomst van informatiebeheer.

Je stelt een Project Start Architectuur op voor de aansluiting op het e-Depot en positioneert dit binnen het gemeentelijke applicatie- en informatielandschap. Daarnaast ontwikkel je een digitale bewaarstrategie en een preserveringsplan, en implementeer je een kwaliteitssysteem voor informatiebeheer. Je coördineert de voorbereiding op de opschoning van digitale informatie en stelt een integraal informatiebeheerplan op. Verder inventariseer en analyseer je risico's en knelpunten, adviseer je over procesinrichting en begeleid je de organisatie bij de voorbereiding op de aansluiting op het e-Depot.
