## Description

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting development and implementation of new Salesforce features across the commercial organization as well as maintaining existing Salesforce functionality and ensuring user satisfaction and adoption. You actively support platform development strategy by understanding user needs as well as working closely with Developers, Commercial Strategy and Operations Team, Business Development Managers, Campaign Managers, and other teams within Booking Ads., Collaborate with impacted stakeholders in gathering business requirements from end-users, and document the proposals for system design and improvements;
Implement features within Salesforce with a focus on automation and efficiency through Flows & automations for a seamless end to end experience.
Performs system administration functions such as user management (profiles and roles), field and validation rule configuration, Workflow rules, Lightning Flows, record types, picklists, page layout management, data management;
Provide training and user-assistance, support adoption and create satisfaction;
Create and maintain reports and dashboards as well as Salesforce data quality.
Act as the first line of support for issues, escalating to Salesforce Support or developers as needed.
Maintain a Knowledge Base of frequent issues and solutions.
Network on operational, managerial and strategic level across the department
