Vous préparez un BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations (SIO) ou un BTS Cybersécurité, Informatique et réseaux, Électronique (CIEL)
Doté(e) d?un bon relationnel, vous appréciez le contact avec les utilisateurs
Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer vos priorités
Curieux(se) et impliqué(e), vous avez un réel intérêt pour l?informatique et le support technique
Autonome tout en sachant travailler en équipe, vous faites preuve d?adaptabilité
Permis B obligatoire (déplacements à prévoir)

## Description

Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous intégrerez notre équipe informatique et participerez activement au support et à la gestion du parc IT.
À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

- Gestion des demandes et incidents de niveau 1 (support utilisateurs)
- Conseil et accompagnement des utilisateurs
- Formation aux outils informatiques internes
- Préparation et configuration des équipements
- Interventions sur site pour maintenance et assistance
