Pour notre compte client, client prestigieux dans le secteur public, vous aurez pour missions de :

 * Prendre en charge la demande du métier :

 * Organiser et animer les différentes réunions (durant les phases décrites dans le

document ci-joint),

 * Rédiger les comptes-rendus.

 * Suivre et collaborer avec le métier (le métier fournit accès, formations et procédures au

support), avec le support fonctionnel (valider les procédures, organiser les formations), avec

l'équipe outils de la DSI (modifications dans l'outil de ticketing, reporting),

 * Suivre la montée en compétence du support une fois le support mis en place,

 * animer des réunions avec le métier.
