descriptif du poste

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe support/infrastructures, vous prenez en charge le renouvellement et la préparation du parc informatique :

 - Masterisation et clonage de postes de travail (Windows / Mac) via outils de télédistribution (SCCM, MDT, Intune ou équivalent).
 - Configuration, intégration au domaine et installation des logiciels métiers.
 - Masterisation de masse et pré-requis réseau.
 - Recette et tests fonctionnels avant livraison.
 - Support de proximité niveau 2 lors des phases de déploiement direct auprès des utilisateurs.
profil recherché

De formation Bac+2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 années minimum.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des environnements Windows (10/11), des outils d'imagerie/déploiement, des réseaux de base (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory) et des scripts de base (PowerShell est un plus).
