Du bist mit Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor oder GitHub Copilot vertraut und setzt sie methodisch ein, etwa mit Kontext- und Rules-Dateien, plan- oder spec-getriebenen Workflows und einem kritischen Review KI-generierter Codeänderungen. * Du stellst die Qualität deiner Applikationen mit Unit-, Integrations- und E2E-Tests sicher. * Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale im Code, hinterfragst bestehende Lösungen konstruktiv und nimmst Feedback zu deinem Code ebenso an, wie du es gibst. * Du übernimmst Verantwortung, triffst technische Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar und dokumentierst sie. * Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig und hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden. * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
