* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Embedded Softwareentwicklung und Teamleitung, idealerweise im Umfeld der Automobilindustrie
 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von AUTOSAR Classic sowie im ASPICE Umfeld und Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
 * Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in C oder Embedded Microcontroller Programmierung
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der AUTOSAR Classic BSW-Stack-Entwicklung und im Testing (z.B. HTA, HSM, CRYIF, CSM)
 * Erfahrung mit Aurix Multicore-Controllern
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Vector-Tools wie DaVinci, CANoe, CANape und vFlash
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Debugging-Tools (z.B. Lauterbach Trace32)
 * Erfahrung mit CAN/CAN-FD und UDS-Protokollen wünschenswert
 * Gute Kenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache

## Description

* Entwicklung von Embedded Software
 * Fachliche Leitung sowie Planung und Steuerung des Projektteams
 * Technische Projektsteuerung, Koordinierung und Evaluierung der Entwicklungsprojekte
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklern, Kunden sowie der Geschäftsleitung
 * Entwicklung von Basissoftware (BSW) und Konfiguration des AUTOSAR-Stacks auf Aurix-Steuergeräten
 * Konfiguration von AUTOSAR Classic mit Vector Tools wie DaVinci
 * Entwicklung von Integrationskonzepten für die Anbindung an das CI/CD-System
 * Bootloader-Entwicklung und -Test sowie Unterstützung bei der Softwareinbetriebnahme und Behebung von Kundenproblemen
 * Verantwortung für abwechslungsreiche Projektarbeit im Kundenumfeld
