* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erste Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit SAP HCM PT oder Fiori ESS/MSS
 * Know-how im Customizing von HR-Systemen sowie in der Fehleranalyse oder Prozessoptimierung
 * Praktisches Wissen mit Tools wie SAP GUI, Fiori Launchpad oder Testmanagementsoftware (z.B. Jira)
 * Hohe IT-Affinität und Kundenorientierung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als Consultant SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaft & Fiori (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Sie erwartet ein spannender Job in einem innovativen Umfeld mit attraktiven Rahmenbedingungen und persönlicher Betreuung durch FERCHAU. Wir realisieren spannende Projekte für namhafte Kunden in allen Technologiebereichen und für alle Branchen und übernehmen Verantwortung für komplexe Entwicklungsprojekte. Als Berufserfahrener unterstützen Sie Ihre Kollegen mit Ihrem langjährigen Know-how und Ihrer Expertise.

 * Betreuung und technischer Support im SAP HCM Modul Zeitwirtschaft (PT) sowie SAP Fiori Portal
 * Analyse von Fehlermeldungen und die Optimierung von bestehenden Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen
 * Unterstützung bei Customizing-Anpassungen innerhalb von SAP HCM
 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Usability von Employee- und Manager-Self-Services über SAP Fiori
 * Mitarbeit an internationalen Rollouts und Systemanbindungen, z. B. für S/4HANA Migrationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit HR-, Payroll-Teams sowie externen IT-Dienstleistern für das Schnittstellenmanagement
 * Durchführung von Modul- und Funktionstests sowie die Begleitung von Go-Lives inkl. Testdokumentationen
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen zu Prozessen, Anpassungen und Testszenarien
