* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss mit Berufserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb cloud-nativer Systeme im produktiven Umfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, insbesondere Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress und Namespaces; idealerweise auch Gateway API
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code, insbesondere Terraform
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Helm für versionierte Releases
 * Erfahrung mit GitOps, Pull Requests, Drift Detection und Reconciliation
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Monitoring und Logging mit Prometheus, Grafana, Loki und Alertmanager
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis von Kubernetes Security, insbesondere RBAC, Network Policies und Container Security
