Koordination und Organisation von Änderungen im Applikationsmanagement
Erstellung von Skripten zur Automatisierung von Arbeitsprozessen
Installation, Konfiguration und Patchmanagement einer Fachanwendung
Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Betriebskonzepten
Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit gemäß SLAs
Bearbeitung von Störungen und Kundenaufträgen
Abstimmung und Vorbereitung von Releasewechseln mit Kunden und internen Teams
Leitung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte
Kundenberatung und Lösungsfindung bei komplexen Fragestellungen (unter Berücksichtigung des BSI)
Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten
Administration und Optimierung der Produktionssysteme von Anwendungen inklusive Middleware und Tools
