## Description

* Gewissenhafte Dokumentation aller Vorgänge in den entsprechenden Systemen

Entwicklung von Erstlösungen und Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Nachverfolgung eingehender Störungen
Unterstützung aller Mitarbeiter der Unternehmensgruppe bei IT-Fragen, gegebenenfalls auch vor Ort
Bearbeitung eingehender Serviceanfragen im Ticketsystem
Verantwortung für die Verwaltung, Wartung und den Austausch der IT-Ausstattung
Durchführung der Abwicklung von Reparaturen, gegebenenfalls in Absprache mit dem Hersteller
Unterstützung bei der Vergabe von Benutzerrechten als Teil Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs
