architecture, or technical leadership within cloud-based and distributed software environments* Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations* Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, or digital health solutions* Passion for coaching engineers and developing technical xqbhyrx communities through mentorship* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels* Fluent in English (written and spoken)Requisitos principales* Annual bonus based on performance* Private healthcare (LuxMed) and group life insurance (UNUM)* Training and language courses available* Recharge Days (2 days off per quarter)* Take time Program (up to 3 months of leave)* Flex Location (work from multiple locations)
