Systems & IT * Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. * MS Power Bi or Tableau (advantageous, not essential) * MS SQL Server (advantageous, not essential), * Strong interest in data and data management. * Excellent reasoning skills with the ability to comprehend and interpret complex data/information. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Flexible and able to prioritise workload effectively. * Confident and assertive when required. * Proactive self-starter with sound judgment and initiative. * Collaborative team player with a positive approach to routine tasks. ## Description Based from our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, London, we are looking to recruit for a Data Administrator to join our Business Development team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will support a strategic Client Discovery project aimed at defining Knight Frank's core capabilities, client focus, team integration, and market "sweet spot". The Business Development Team * The Business Development team sits within the Commercial Division and operates across a range of disciplines, including new business/lead generation, client profiling and targeting, pitching, client relationship management and new business referrals. * The successful candidate will join a friendly, close-knit team, working collaboratively alongside Data Analysts and fellow Data Administrators, and play a key role in enabling the wider business through high-quality data and insight., This specialist role focuses on cleansing and enriching data required for the Client Discovery project, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple datasets. The quality of client-level analysis and reporting within the Business Development team is highly dependent on the integrity of this data.
