Experience with Microsoft 365, basic networking, customer onboarding or relevant IT certifications would also be beneficial. * Knowledge of AI governance, Microsoft Power Platform, n8n or Rewst is a bonus - but definitely not a deal-breaker! ## Description Are you an IT Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, talking to customers and making technology work for them? We're recruiting for an IT Support Technician (first and second line) to join a friendly and growing service desk team. This is an office-based, hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll provide first and second line support and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills across Microsoft 365, cyber security, cloud services and more.
