## About the Role

* Strong experience leading enterprise data migration programmes
 * Proven M&A/acquisition/business integration migration experience
 * Hands-on Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake and SQL
 * Strong Salesforce data migration experience
 * Experience migrating finance/ERP data, ideally Sage Intacct
 * Source-to-target data mapping, cleansing and transformation
 * Data profiling, reconciliation and automated validation
 * Experience with migration mock runs, UAT, cutover and hypercare
 * Experience extracting data from systems such as Salesforce, SAP, SugarCRM, HubSpot or Zendesk
 * Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
 * Experience creating migration strategies, playbooks and repeatable migration frameworks
