## Description

* Provide 1st line support to internal and external customers via phone and email.
 * Build computers and set up user profiles/accounts.
 * Install and configure software for end users.
 * Set up printers and resolve hardware/peripheral issues.
 * Handle password resets and account access issues.
 * Keep customers updated on open tickets and progress.
 * Escalate more complex issues to the Senior 1st and 2nd Line teams.
