You will be responsible for: Client Delivery & Leadership: Leading Complex Transformations: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale change management programmes for ERI clients. This includes overseeing project planning, risk management, and ensuring successful outcomes that exceed client expectations. Driving People-Centred Change: Apply market-leading change management approaches to foster positive employee and customer experiences, ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and operating models across the Consumer value chain. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative environment where talent thrives and innovative solutions are delivered. You will also be comfortable delivering impactful results independently when required. Leveraging Data & AI: Utilise data, analytics, and AI tools to generate actionable insights, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of change interventions, ensuring data-driven success. Business Development & Growth: Achieving Sales Targets: Proactively identify and shape smaller opportunities and sell-ons directly, building strong, trusted relationships with clients. Collaborating on Major Engagements: Work seamlessly with broader Deloitte teams on very large opportunities, contributing across all elements of the sales cycle, including bid management, compelling proposal writing, and impactful pitching. Practice Development: Play an active role in supporting the growth of our Consumer practice, contributing to proposition development, methodology enhancement, and thought leadership.
