The role involves taking full ownership of network installation projects, providing senior-level escalation support, and working closely with Network Management, Sales, and customers to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions. This position also requires proactive network monitoring, maintenance, and participation in a 24x7 support rota, with occasional out-of-hours work to meet customer and operational requirements.
