Key duties involve assisting with the maintenance of all ICT rooms and equipment, and providing general technical support for the department. Responsibilities include the commissioning, testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic and computer systems, associated peripherals, and AV equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. They also assist in installing and configuring software under direction, updating inventories, and evaluating new and existing software.
