## About the Role

* Experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM-focused Business Analyst
 * Track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery
 * Hands-on experience configuring a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce
 * Experience building workflows, automations, and process logic
 * Experience with HubSpot, Power Platform, CRM transformation projects, or enterprise integrations would be particularly useful
 * Ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Experience managing competing priorities and making collaborative decisions
 * Ability to take ownership, challenge constructively, and improve how things work

## Description

* Take ownership of two key CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot
 * Own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes
 * Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand their needs and improve their day-to-day work
 * Configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps
 * Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations
 * Work closely with our internal Data team and external suppliers to coordinate technical changes
 * Ensure integrations, data flows, and releases are delivered properly
 * Get involved in data models, workflow logic, and the wider data environment
 * Maintain clear requirements, documentation, solution designs, and test plans
 * Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and data quality
