You'll likely have experience in a role such as IT Trainer, Digital Learning Specialist, Learning Consultant, Change Trainer, Technology Adoption Specialist or similar. You'll bring: * Experience delivering technology-focused training programmes * Previous experience of delivering training focused on Dynamics 365 modules * Strong eLearning and digital content creation skills * Experience using tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar learning platforms * The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption initiatives * A creative approach to learning design and user engagement * Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership * The flexibility to support occasional travel to UK offices when required ## Description Working across a range of technology and business change projects, you'll lead the design and delivery of training solutions that enable successful adoption of new systems and processes.
