## About the Role

First and foremost, you'll need to be interested in providing excellent customer experience and Technology. You'll be self-motivated, conscientious, methodical and organised, with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels of a business, whilst always demonstrating excellent customer service. You'll possess a logical approach to problem solving and be able to multitask.

Essential skills:

Basic troubleshooting experience of hardware, software, printers and network connectivity issues

Knowledge of working with and supporting Microsoft product suite, SaaS applications running on Windows 11

User account management using tools like Active Directory

Device setup and configuration, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Attention to detail and the ability to follow documented procedures.
