## About the Role

* At least 24 months of IT experience working with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022 and Microsoft 365 Cloud environments; or relevant recognised IT certifications.
 * Comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and working to deadlines.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
 * The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
 * Organised, flexible and self-motivated.
 * Confidence to use their own judgement and expertise when solving problems.
 * A desire to continue developing troubleshooting skills while working across a broad range of technologies.

## Description

* Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to users across the business.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, mail and group policies within a hybrid Microsoft environment.
 * Support physical and virtual servers, storage, networking and cloud services.
 * Work with technologies including Hyper-V, QNAP, NAKIVO and Wasabi.
 * Support VOIP telephony through 3CX and mobile devices through Knox MDM.
 * Maintain printers, copiers, workstations and other IT assets.
 * Carry out system updates, patching, backups, upgrades and deployments.
 * Monitor network and system security, including firewalls, antivirus and endpoint protection.
 * Respond to security alerts and investigate incidents.
 * Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
 * Get involved in the investigation, design, trial and implementation of new technologies that can improve efficiency and performance.
