## About the Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated and problem-solving orientated individual who wants to progress their career in the Planning, Scheduling (APS) & Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) industry. This role is a mixture of customer facing and hands on configuring, programming (where needed) and implementing these systems. If you like to have varied and challenging role this is for you!

The ideal person for this role will have:

 * A degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering or computer science. Individuals with a relevant HND and industry experience will also be considered.
 * 3 - 5 years' experience within Planning, Scheduling or Manufacturing Execution Systems.
 * A love for problem solving.
 * Text based programming, PLC programming or low code programming knowledge.
 * Experience in manufacturing and logistics.
 * Good communication skills.
 * Positive attitude.
 * Ability to prioritise and get things done.
 * Ability to work autonomously.
 * Attention to detail., * Engineering Academic Degrees
 * Higher National Diploma (HND)
 * Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
 * Planning and Scheduling
 * Programming Experience

## Description

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

 * Be the subject matter expert with the APS & MES toolsets.
 * Technical demonstrations of the software to customers.
 * Technically scope project work for customers.
 * Develop and deliver APS & MES implementations.
 * Support customers with technical queries.
 * Training and on-boarding customers.
 * Customer site visits from time to time.
