Essential Skills and Experience

 * Experience supporting payroll processes
 * Demonstrable experience administering an HRIS
 * Experience producing and interpreting HR data and management reports
 * Some knowledge of UK employment legislation
 * Experience administering time and attendance systems
 * Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven data processing

Desirable

 * CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
 * Previous experience in the aerospace, or manufacturing sector
 * Experience with SAP HR.
 * Familiarity with data quality frameworks
 * Experience supporting factory or shift-based operational environments
 * Understanding of training compliance requirements

## Description

At our GKN Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data across all HR and time management systems, providing the reporting and system administration foundation that enables the HR function and the business to operate effectively.

To put into simpler terms: data input, calculating holiday allowances, and generating system reports.

This role would suit someone with a background working in payroll for a large manufacturing business or temporary recruitment agency.

This role will be 100% on site at our Filton, Bristol location.

What You'll Be Doing

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS.

·Conduct regular data quality audits across all HR systems.

·Maintain accurate organisational structure and hierarchy within the HRIS.

·Produce and distribute standing HR reports.

·Prepare data packs.

·Ensure the time management system is updated to reflect changes including shift patterns.

·Provide ongoing payroll support.

·Liaise with the business on operational matters including factory shutdown arrangements.
