Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business reporting needs into technical data architecture roadmaps. § Roles & Responsibilities § Data Integration & Extraction: Design robust ELT/ETL pipelines to pull data securely from SAP sources (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, ABAP CDS views, or SAP BW) using tools like Azure Data Factory, SAP BODS, or native cloud connectors. § Snowflake Architecture: Design and optimize Snowflake data warehouse elements, including schema design (star schema, Data Vault, or Medallion architecture), role-based access control (RBAC), virtual warehouse sizing, and cost/performance tuning. § Semantic Modeling & Power BI: Build scalable semantic layers, robust tabular models, and optimized DAX formulas in Power BI to ensure rapid, intuitive reporting for business stakeholders. Governance & Standards: Establish enterprise data governance standards, data quality rules, and metadata management across the SAP-to-Snowflake-to-Power BI ecosystem.
