This individual will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of enterprise server and network infrastructure while ensuring system reliability and operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced data center environment and can work independently with minimal supervision., * Perform hardware installation, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning of enterprise servers and infrastructure. * Rack, stack, cable, and power data center equipment including servers, network devices, monitoring systems, and other hardware. * Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network infrastructure issues. * Support production control activities across systems software, hardware, applications, and data environments. * Work with technical teams to improve system availability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. * Assist with capacity planning, performance monitoring, and event-driven alerting. * Provide second-level production support and maintain system management tools. * Participate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives. * Ensure production changes are thoroughly tested, documented, and implemented according to change management standards. * Create and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation. * Recommend opportunities for automation and operational improvements. * Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to organizational policies and standards., This team is responsible for maintaining and supporting a large enterprise data center environment.
