Experience:

 * Proven experience implementing and configuring SAP SCM APO solutions.
 * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP SCM APO solutions.
 * Experience with SAP APO Demand Planning and/or Supply Network Planning.
 * Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders in supply chain environments.
 * Experience supporting SAP SCM APO implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
 * Experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver complex SAP solutions.
 * Experience in multiple industries and familiarity with industry-specific supply chain requirements is preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
 * Equivalent education and relevant SAP SCM APO experience may be considered.
 * SAP certifications related to SCM/APO are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Analyze business requirements and design SAP SCM APO solutions that align with client supply chain objectives.
 * Configure, implement, and support SAP SCM APO solutions, including Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP).
 * Work closely with clients to understand supply chain requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop effective solutions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Provide expertise in supply chain planning, forecasting, and optimization processes.
 * Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to clients using SAP SCM APO solutions.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.
 * Stay current with SAP product developments, industry trends, and supply chain planning best practices.
 * Support solution testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
 * Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing guidance on SAP SCM APO capabilities and best practices.
