Interface with Remote Network Enterprise Centers (RNEC) and Defense Information Systems Agencies (DISA) throughout the country and provide technical assistance. Install, configure, and maintain network protocols to routers, switches, and firewalls on Cisco and Juniper devices. * Must be familiar with protocols to include ACL, BGP, IPv6, NTP, SNMP, Spanning Tree, VPN, VRF. Identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues. Determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems, using Secure CRT and Appgate SDP. Update network designs and topology using Visio. Analyze workload, including traffic and utilization using Wireshark. * Oversee or provide technical assistance during Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI). * Monitor network performance using Spectrum and NDFC. Provide advance troubleshooting to identify and solve network problems to critical real-world scenarios. * Brief government officials, military personnel, vendors and/or VIPs on current and future Enterprise status. * Protect networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats by implementing and maintaining security measures using GAM. * Review and verify network documentation on DCABs, RFC, FCW.
