Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.

 - Front Office Capital Markets experience is MUST.
 - Proven experience transitioning organizations from Waterfall to Agile.
 - Experience standing up new Scrum/Agile teams.
 - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
 - Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing team impediments.
 - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 - Experience managing projects, dependencies, risks, schedules, and deliverables.
 - Ability to work effectively with technology, business, and senior leadership teams.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to lead the transformation from traditional Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within a Capital Markets environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong Front Office Capital Markets experience and a proven ability to establish and lead Scrum teams, implement Agile frameworks, and drive organizational change., Lead the transition from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 - Establish and launch new Scrum teams and Agile processes.
 - Implement and scale SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization.
 - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 - Remove impediments and help teams improve delivery and productivity.
 - Coach Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles.
 - Track project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
 - Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
 - Drive continuous improvement and Agile transformation initiatives.
