* Strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
 * Hands-on experience with Case Management and workflow development.
 * Experience with Pega Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of Pega Rules and Data Model.
 * Experience with SQL and relational databases.
 * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

 * Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
 * Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
 * Experience with Pega Customer Service, Decisioning, or Pega Cloud.
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or GitHub Actions.

## Description

* Develop and customize applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
 * Build Case Management, workflows, UI components, integrations, and business rules.
 * Develop and maintain Pega rules, including Activities, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, When Rules, and Flows.
 * Work with REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Pega with external systems.
 * Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
 * Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment.
 * Follow Pega best practices and application performance standards.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
 * Support CI/CD and deployment activities across environments.
