* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach, Transformation Partner, Organisationsentwickler:in, RTE oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Prinzipien und Arbeitsweisen sowie Erfahrung mit SAFe, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine RTE-Ausbildung oder -Zertifizierung.
 * Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Organisationsentwicklung, Change und Transformation sowie Erfahrung mit systemischen Ansätzen.
 * Souveränität in Facilitation, Workshop- und Trainingsdesign sowie individuellem und Team-Coaching.
 * Empathie, Konfliktfähigkeit und Reflexionsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen und Veränderungen konstruktiv zu begleiten.
 * Ausgeprägtes Business Acumen und Leadership-Verständnis - Du denkst unternehmerisch, kommunizierst klar und stärkst Empowerment und Selbstorganisation.
