## Description

+ Einrichtung von Standard Hard- und Software gemäß Anforderung aus den Bereichen
 + Wartung und Instandhaltung der eingesetzten Hard- und Software
 + Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Analyse der potenziellen Risiken aller IT-Infrastruktursysteme und Betriebsverfahren
 + Unterstützung der User bei täglichen IT-Anwendungsproblemen
 + Wartung und Pflege des Netzwerkes inkl. Einrichtung von Usern
 + Datenverwaltung
 + Reportings aus den im Einsatz befindlichen Systemen (ERP: Complex)
 + Updates aller vorhandenen Systeme umsetzen
 + Betreuung der Telefonanlage (Festnetz) und der Mobiltelefone und -verträge
 + Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft von Druckern, Kopierern und Scannern
 + Zusammenarbeit mit notwendigen externen Dienstleistern
