## About the Role

* 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or an IT helpdesk (L1/L2)
 * Good knowledge of Windows and common business applications
 * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 * Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Language Requirements

 * German: B2 or higher (certified)
 * English: B2 or higher (certified)

## Description

On behalf of a large global automotive client, we are looking for motivated IT Support Specialists (L2) to join our team in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile major project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

 * Provide second-level desktop support (remotely and on-site)
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, MS Office, printers, peripherals)
 * Handle service tickets in accordance with SLAs
 * Set up and configure workstations
 * Support upgrades, patches, and infrastructure activities
 * Document solutions and troubleshooting steps
 * Escalate complex cases to third-level support
