## Description

* Software- und Systemtests: Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung von Testcases für Integrations-, Installations-, Usability- und Performance-Tests - inklusive Analyse verschachtelter Testszenarien
 * Automatisierung vorantreiben: Aufbau automatisierter GUI-Tests, um manuelle Testaufwände (aktuell teils wochenlang) spürbar zu reduzieren
 * Schnittstellenfunktion: Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Support, Priorisierung von Issues und Vorbereitung von Releases
 * 2nd-Level-Support (Teilaufgabe): Nachstellen gemeldeter Fehler durch Abgleich mit Kundenkonfigurationen, Eingrenzung von Fehlerursachen (Oberfläche, Subsystem oder Software) und enge Abstimmung mit 1st- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation: Pflege von Testfällen und Ergebnissen in gängigen Tools wie Jira und Confluence
