## About the Role

entwickelst bestehende Release-Prozesse weiter und sorgst für mehr **Automatisierung, Transparenz und Qualität**.

- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit **Entwicklung, Testing, DevOps und Produktmanagement** zusammen.
 - Du analysierst und optimierst Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse im **CI/CD-Umfeld**.
 - Du erstellst verständliche und vollständige **Release Notes und technische Dokumentationen**.
 - Du übernimmst die zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation rund um anstehende und abgeschlossene Releases.
 - Du bereitest relevante Daten und KPIs auf, visualisierst Ergebnisse und leitest daraus Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
 - Bei der Dokumentation und Aufbereitung von Informationen kannst du moderne **GenAI-Tools** einsetzen.

 
## DEIN PROFIL:
 
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich **Informatik, IT, Informationstechnik** oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im **Release Management, Build & Release, DevOps, Deployment oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld**.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen - agil, klassisch oder hybrid.
- Erfahrung mit **CI/CD-Pipelines** und idealerweise Tools wie **Jenkins oder GitLab CI**.
- Verständnis für Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von **Release Notes und technischer Dokumentation**.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammenzubringen und Entscheidungen zu moderieren.
- Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
