## About the Role

* Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung mit .NET / C# sowie mit React / Typescript (gerne ergänzt durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten)
 * Sehr gute Ergebnisse im Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Fach) oder in der Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker
 * Erfahrung in der Web-Entwicklung mit ORM und relationalen Datenbanksystemen wie PostgreSQL oder MySQL
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft-Azure, idealerweise in der Entwicklung, Konfiguration und Verwaltung cloudbasierter Lösungen
 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines in der Bereitstellung neuer Software-Versionen, idealerweise inkl. Setup per Infrastructure as Code (mit Terraform oder Bicep)
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Dynamics-365, mit Power Automate oder Kenntnisse in PowerShell sind ein Plus
 * Offenheit für neue Themen und Technologien, z. B. den Einsatz agentischer KI für schnellere und effizientere Softwareentwicklung
 * Starker Teamspirit sowie Einsatz für die Aufgaben und Produkte des Teams
 * Sehr ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und starke Problemlösungskompetenz im Umgang mit technischen Herausforderungen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

* Du entwickelst mit uns IT-Lösungen basierend auf einem .NET / C# - sowie React / TypeScript-Tech-Stack und gestaltest deren Weiterentwicklung mit
 * Mit Deinem Code treibst Du konkret die digitale Transformation voran und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe transparent, effizient und fehlerfrei funktionieren
 * Du administrierst mit uns zusammen die Systemlandschaft im Finanzbereich und entwickelst individuelle Lösungen für interne Anwender (inkl. C-Suite)
 * Durch die Einhaltung von Best Practices und den Einsatz von Code-Qualitäts-Tools hilfst Du mit, unseren Code auf ein Top-Niveau zu bringen
