* Erste Kontaktperson für die Mitarbeiter bei sämtlichen IT-relevanten Fragen via Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
 * Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Problemen und -Störungen im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports
 * Bearbeitung und Erfassung ankommender Tickets im Ticketsystem
 * Problemanalyse, Erstlösungsfindung und Störungsbeseitigung
 * Kategorisierung, Priorisierung und Weiterleitung der Störungen an den 2nd-Level-Support
 * Annahme und Analyse von Störungen im Soft- und Hardwarebereich
 * Zentrale IT-Unterstützung im Unternehmen
