 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten mit mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität
 * Praxiserfahrung in der Anwendung etablierter Projektmanagement-Methoden

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten mit mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität von der Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
 * Analyse und Konkretisierung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Überführung in geeignete IT-Prozesse und IT-Lösungen
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken innerhalb der Projektplanung
 * Koordination und fachliche Steuerung der am Projekt beteiligten internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
 * Konstruktive Begleitung und Moderation unterschiedlicher Interessen und Anforderungen im Projektumfeld
 * Verantwortung für ein professionelles Stakeholdermanagement sowie den kontinuierlichen Austausch mit Kund:innen, Fachbereichen und Managementebenen
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Projektplänen einschließlich Termin-, Meilenstein- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
 * Sicherstellung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget, Qualität und Leistungsumfang
