 * Hohe digitale Affinität sowie strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; idealerweise Kenntnisse in ProDOK, iTWO oder California

## Description

* Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der organisatorischen und administrativen Abwicklung von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen sowie Erstellung von Protokollen, Termin- und Aufgabenübersichten
 * Du übernimmst die Baufortschritts-, Fristen- und Mängelverfolgung und unterstützt bei Aufmaß-, Nachtrags- und Rechnungsprüfungen
 * Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von technischen Projektunterlagen, Prüfprotokollen, Nachweisen und Dokumentationen
 * Du koordinierst die Kommunikation zwischen Projektleitung, internen Fachbereichen, Planern, ausführenden Unternehmen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
