Erstellt mit künstlicher Intelligenz A Snapshot of Your Day As Program Lead Finance (f/m/d), you lead the Finance transformation for Large Steam & Syncons (LSS) while serving as co-lead of the overall LSS rollout within Siemens Energy's global S4Energy program. In this project-driven Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business, you act as the key Finance & Controlling representative, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions. Working closely with Finance, Controlling, Manufacturing, and global program teams, you steer critical decisions across project controlling, product costing, manufacturing controlling, and financial closing. From shaping target processes and driving testing activities to coordinating cutover, go-live, and change management, you combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver a successful and sustainable business transformation.
