This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a mid-sized environment (50-500 employees) where IT staff wear multiple hats, keep the network running smoothly, and serve as the trusted go-to for employees who need help. Triage and resolve tickets within SLAs, escalating complex issues as needed. Image, deploy, and decommission desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Gather requirements across departments and translate business needs into technical specifications. Research, recommend, and help implement new software, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades; participate in vendor evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and proof-of-concept testing. Support ERP, CRM, and line-of-business application administration, and contribute to IT roadmap planning and project management.
