## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Geography, GIS, Statistics, Planning, Computer Science, or related field
 * - 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, mobility data, GIS, or data assessment
 * - Experience evaluating large datasets and analytical methodologies
 * - Strong reporting, visualization, and communication skills
 * - Experience supporting public-sector or consulting engagements preferred, Applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a U.S. passport, birth certificate, or Certificate of Naturalization) prior to employment. Non-citizens, including lawful permanent residents (s), are not eligible for this role.

## Description

This role Leads evaluation of LBS data, analytical methodologies, provider comparisons, data integration opportunities, and development of data-driven recommendations supporting visitor-use management and strategic decision-making. The location of this position, when needed on-site, is Harrisburg, PA., Evaluate multiple LBS providers and methodologies

 - Assess data quality, coverage, accuracy, and analytical capabilities
 - Analyze visitor origins, travel patterns, dwell times, and visitation trends
 - Support development of case studies and comparative assessments
 - Identify data gaps and integration opportunities
 - Develop analytical reports, findings, and recommendations
 - Support economic, recreation, and operational analyses
 - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
