## About the Role

* 1+ years of help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
 * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, password administration, and device setup
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

## Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support to end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, resolving technical problems in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive support experience for employees and customers., * Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
 * Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT support teams as needed
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues in the ticketing system
 * Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and support asset tracking
 * Provide onboarding and offboarding technical support for employees
 * Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response and resolution timelines
