## Description

Daily 10:00 AM team huddles covering activities, blockers, and support needs
Collaborate with a distributed team across St. Louis, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta
Team fit and strong communication are critical Interview Process
Video Interview Hiring Manager, Nicholas "Nick" Catanzaro
Onsite Interview Meet with 2 additional team members Important
MUST be local to St. Louis and willing to work onsite 2 days/week
Must be willing to complete video + onsite interviews
Interview travel expenses are covered
Local candidates are strongly preferred; remote may be considered only if the local candidate pool is insufficient SPIFF Opportunity
Consultants will be brought onto W2 and paid directly. The referring vendor receives an hourly referral fee for every hour worked throughout the engagement. For example, at a $10/hr referral fee, 2,080 hours would generate $20,800 in referral revenue.
