## About the Role

* A minimum of 1 year of experience using SQL preferred.
 * Hands on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus.
 * Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment.
 * Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organization skills.
 * Demonstrate excellent project management skills a plus.
 * Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement with understanding of process flows, data flows, file layouts, data analysis and reasonable knowledge of query tools and languages.
 * Attention to detail and follow-through.
 * Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges with a strong sense of urgency and ability to take ownership of driving tasks to completion.
 * Preferred industry knowledge regarding benefits administration or consumer directed accounts.

## Description

The Data Services, Analyst is directly responsible for ensuring client data makes it into the system and that we are following proper controls and processes to be good custodians of the data. This position involves interaction with customers and/or business owners and quickly identifying the underlying problems and communicating resolutions in non-technical language. This position reports directly to the Data Services Team Lead., We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements.
