Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting AFLCMC, AFRL, or other Dayton-area DoD organizations on MS&A tasks. * Background in air, space, or multi-domain operations, electronic warfare, or command and control modeling. * Experience with C++ or other compiled languages used to extend or customize AFSIM components. * Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar). * Prior experience working as a government contractor delivering technical reports, briefings, and CDRLs. Work Environment and Travel * Position is primarily on-site at government or contractor facilities in the Beavercreek/Dayton, OH area, with limited telework as authorized by the customer. * Occasional travel (up to ~10%) to customer sites, test locations, or program reviews may be required. ## Description Seeking an experienced Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) Modeler to provide Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) support to U.S. Department of Defense programs. The selected candidate will design, build, and execute AFSIM-based scenarios and models that assess system performance, CONOPS, and mission outcomes for government stakeholders.
